Cafeteria Issues:
Risk of decreased load-bearing capacity: The original structure, after years of use, exhibits signs of aging such as carbonization and micro-cracks. The renovation will involve upgraded functions, increased equipment, and higher personnel density, significantly increasing load requirements.

The interior decoration of the canteen had extremely high requirements for ceiling height and aesthetics, making traditional methods of increasing cross-section for reinforcement unsuitable. Horse provided high-strength carbon fiber sheet for the project, which was bonded to the surface of the tension zone on the bottom of the slab using a special structural adhesive to form a composite stress section. This effectively improved the load-bearing capacity and ductility of the original concrete beams and slabs, providing a stable "chassis" for subsequent interior decoration.

● Superior Quality: Uses Hyosung-T700 grade small-tow filaments, ensuring high straightness, a smooth and bubble-free surface, eliminating the risk of hollow areas, and guaranteeing effective reinforcement.
● Long-Lasting Safety: The carbon cloth and adhesive have passed ASTM testing, providing long-lasting structural and environmental safety.

Results: The floor slab system exhibits significantly enhanced flexural and shear strength, meeting the load requirements after the renovation. All structural safety assessment indicators meet design requirements, providing a safe and reliable dining environment.
